0L三口烧瓶中加入1L(1.5kg,8.5mol)溴乙酸乙酯,安装机械搅拌、温度计及分液漏斗。在冰盐浴中冷却至-10℃以下;另外将2.8L10%氨水放冰盐浴冷却备用。在强力搅拌下、保持反应温度在-5℃以下,将冰冷的氨水慢慢滴入,全部加完后再搅拌1h,趁冷滤出结晶(从滤液中回收到150mL溴乙酸乙酯)。用100mL乙醚冲洗一次,风干后得500g(收率42%)片状结晶熔点>85℃。
