[体内研究]

研究了兽药Oxantel pamoate对Trichuris muris,Ancylostoma ceylanicum和Necator americanus的活性。针对小鼠中的鼠伤寒沙门氏菌(Oxantel pamoate)计算出4.7mg/kg的ED50。双羟萘酸Oxantel与噻嘧啶双羟萘酸酯的组合表现出拮抗作用(组合指数(CI)= 2.53)。双羟肟酸盐与左旋咪唑,阿苯达唑或伊维菌素联合使用基于其ED50的比率显示出拮抗作用(分别为CI = 1.27,1.90和1.27)。当将Oxantel pamoate-mebendazole施用于感染T. muris的小鼠时,观察到高度协同效应(CI = 0.15)。双羟萘酸Oxantel(10 mg/kg)缺乏对Ancylostoma ceylanicum和Necator americanus的活性[1]。
