六偏磷酸钠用途

品质改良剂；pH调节剂；金属离子螯合剂；粘结剂和膨胀剂等。在豆类、果蔬罐头中可稳定天然色素，保护食品色泽；在肉类罐头中可使脂肪乳化，保持质地均匀；用于肉类食品上可提高持水性，防止肉中脂肪变质。加入啤酒中，能澄清酒液，防止浑浊。水质无沉淀的软化剂。在肉制品、奶制品中作品质改良剂，可作含氟牙膏的磨擦剂
