AMP-PCP结合有助于Hsp90的活性同二聚体的形成,其途径是增强这些残基(A117-A141)在盖段(A111-G135)和周围区域内的慢运动特征构象交换。共鉴定出170个与AMP-PCP结合的三标记Hsp90的非脯氨酸残基[1]。
