氯化钴制备

1.用氯化亚砜与六水氯化钴作用。将20g研细的CoCl2·6H2O放入一只圆底烧瓶中,在室温下加入50mL新蒸馏过的氯化亚砜,立即有SO2和HCl放出,等发泡停息后,在烧瓶上安装一支回流冷凝管,将此混合物回流1~2h,然后将回流管进行改装使之成为蒸馏装置,并在减压下吹入干燥的氮气将多余的氯化亚砜蒸馏出来。将装有产品的烧瓶立即移入一只装有氢氧化钾的真空干燥器中,使之在其中储存至少12h,以除去残余的氯化亚砜。最后在一干燥的操作箱中将产品转移到合适的容器中熔封起来。
