[体外研究]

(S)-AMPA(1μM)的灌注以CB1依赖的方式显著减弱CGRP的释放[3]。24小时暴露于(S)-AMPA(0.01-1000μM)诱导浓度依赖性神经元细胞死亡(EC50为3μM),细胞变化包括轴突起泡、染色质浓缩和DNA断裂,表明细胞凋亡[4]。
