腺苷同型半胱氨酸酶(SAHH；AHCY)是一种高度保守的酶。腺苷同型半胱氨酸酶可逆催化S-腺苷同型型半胱氨酸(SAH)转化为腺苷和L-同型半胱氨酸。血清外泌体腺苷同型半胱氨酸酶水平可作为HBV-LC患者的预后生物标志物[1][2]。
