磷酸二酯酶II用途

磷酸二酯酶II,即磷酸二酯酶2,主要参与重要的第二信使环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)和环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)的水解,常用于生化研究。磷酸二酯酶II在多种组织中表达,如肾上腺髓质、大脑、心脏、血小板、巨噬细胞和内皮细胞,并参与许多不同细胞内过程的调节[1]。
