矮壮素制备

1.三甲胺是一种弱碱,二氯乙烷又可认为是一种弱酸,两者很容易反应,生成矮壮素。
反应在105~110℃、0.24~0.322MPa条件下进行。由于反应放热,在加料完毕后升温至50℃,停止继续加热,让反应自行升温,升温速度每小时8~10℃,约8h内达到110℃,再保温反应2h。原料配比为1:3.4 (mol),二氯乙烷过量,反应结束后需蒸馏回收,蒸馏终点温度为120~125℃。反应中二氯乙烷过量起到溶剂的作用,也可用甲苯作溶剂。由二氯乙烷吸收三甲胺,加热反应而得。

2.由三甲胺和二氯乙烷在一定温度和压力下反应制得。
