氯化胆碱上下游产品

氯化胆碱制备

1)连续法制备氯化胆碱溶液的三甲胺盐酸盐与一定量的环氧乙烷分别用泵连续送入反应器,反应物在反应器内的停留时间为1-1.5h。反应在搅拌下进行,生成物连续引出,使反应器内的液面保持稳定。反应器引出的氯化胆碱粗产品进入汽提塔,从塔底获得60-80%氯化胆碱液体产品。(2)三甲胺盐酸盐与环氧乙烷反应,然后加有机酸中和并浓缩,制取氯化胆碱。(3)氯乙醇与三甲胺反应制取氯化胆碱。

由三甲胺与环氧乙烷反应而得产品。也可用氯乙醇在少量环氧乙烷或碱性物质催化下,与三甲胺反应而得产品。
