• 体外研究: AR-C141990盐酸盐对MCT-3(pIC50<5)或MCT-4(pIC50<5)无明显活性[1]。AR-C141990盐酸盐以浓度依赖方式抑制表达MCT1或2的卵母细胞中[3H]HOCPCA的摄取,IC50分别为0.21µM和2.32µM[2]。
• 体内研究: AR-C141990盐酸盐(10 mg/kg；SC),在雄性NMRI小鼠(18-22 g)中血浆浓度平行下降,半衰期约为20分钟[2]。应用相应血浆浓度的AR-C141990盐酸盐(0.3-90 mg/kg)导致HOCPCA的B/P浓度依赖性降低,EC50为860 ng/ml[2]。AR-C141990(100 mg/kg；s.c.)在接受DA心脏移植的PVG大鼠中,移植物存活期适度延长40天[1]。
