• 体内研究: Zinterol(2.5μg/kg静脉推注超过5秒)导致室性心律失常,包括室性早搏(PVCs)和室性心动过速(VT)在心力衰竭(HF)兔中的运行。较低剂量的Zinterol(1μg/kg静脉注射,n=4)不会诱发HF兔的室性心律失常[3]。动物模型：新西兰白兔[3]剂量：1.0或2.5μg/kg给药：静脉推注给药；超过5秒结果：2.5μg/kg未显着改变心率或平均动脉血压控制或HF兔。在6只HF兔中的4只中,2.5μg/kg导致室性心律失常,包括PVC和VT运行(长达13次心跳)(5只对照中的0只,p<0.01)。1μg/kg在HF兔中不诱导室性心律失常。
