• 体外研究: MS-PPOH阻断细胞EET合成。MS-PPOH抑制强直(基础)细胞的侵袭和迁移,并降低11,12-EET(1.0μM)诱导的细胞运动[1]。细胞活力测定[1]细胞系：PC-3细胞浓度：2.0和10.0μM培养时间：24小时结果：抑制强直(基础)细胞的侵袭和迁移。
