描述 | 4-羟基视黄酸(4-HRA)是一种天然存在的类视黄醇衍生物,具有多种生物学效应。4-羟基视黄酸是由视黄醇经细胞色素P-450同工酶催化形成的,主要由体内肝脏代谢。4-羟基视黄酸也作为人肝微粒体UDP葡糖醛酸基转移酶和重组UGT2B7的底物。4-羟基维甲酸通过与核受体RAR(维甲酸受体)结合调节基因表达和细胞分化,激活RAR和RXR-alpha,诱导癌症细胞凋亡。此外,4-羟基视黄酸还参与免疫调节、神经保护和抗氧化等多种生理过程[1][2]。 |
