截短侧耳素作用截短侧耳素(Pleuromutilin)是由侧耳菌(Pleurotus mutilus)产生的一类广谱的二萜烯类抗生素,是截短侧耳素类半合成衍生物的前体。截短侧耳素类是一大类具有较好抗菌活性的抗生素家族,能够有效抑制大部分革兰氏阳性菌以及部分革兰氏阴性菌。截短侧耳素最早由Kavanagh等在1951年首次分离并进行初步鉴定。1976年,Knauseder等对截短侧耳素产生菌Clitoilus passeckerianus的发酵条件、截短侧耳素的化学结构和生物合成途径进行了初步研究。 |
