7-Hydroxycoumarinyl arachidonate (7-HCA) 是胞质磷脂酶 A2 (PLA2) 的荧光底物,也是单酰基甘油脂肪酶 (MAGL) 的荧光底物。MAGL 蛋白催化 7-Hydroxycoumarinyl arachidonate 的水解,生成花生四烯酸 (AA；HY-109590) 和高荧光的 7-羟基香豆素 (7-HC；HY-N0573),7-HC 的释放可以用荧光计进行测量。
