• 体外研究: Sting激动剂-4(化合物2)(0.3-30μm；2小时)引起IRF3和Sting的磷酸化,其被TBK1抑制剂BX795抑制并诱导IFN-β的剂量依赖性分泌,EC50为3.1μm[1]。Sting激动剂-4(化合物2)(0.001 nm-1μm)抑制全长Sting与固体载体的结合,表观离解常数(kd)约为1.6 nm[1]。Sting激动剂-4(化合物2)(0-100μm)的效力是内源性Sting配体CGAMP的18倍,EC50为53.9μm[1]。Sting激动剂-4(化合物2)(3μm；4小时)通过依赖于Sting介导的tbk1活化的机制促进干扰素γ诱导蛋白10(IP-10)、IL-6和TNF-α的产生[1]。细胞活力测定[1]细胞系：人外周血单核细胞(PBMCS)浓度：0.3μm、1μm、3μm、10μm、30μm孵育时间：2小时结果：引起IRF3磷酸化和Sting,诱导IFN-β分泌。
