体外研究 hCAIX-IN-8(化合物7i)具有IC50的抗增殖活性是HT29、HepG2细胞分别为8.44、11.22µM[1]。hCAIX-IN-8分别诱导24.44%和19.22%的HT29和HepG2细胞凋亡,以上结果均大于[1]。
