• 体外研究: 在 SH-sy5年人神经母细胞瘤细胞中,Morginin(16.4µM；24-72小时)以时间和浓度依赖性方式显着降低 SH-sy5年细胞生长[2]。 Morginin(1.64-8.2μM；24小时)在 SH-sy5年细胞中增加 p53、p21和 巴克斯(Bax)在蛋白质和转录水平的表达。 Morginin公司显著增加 半胱天冬酶3/9的基因表达并增强它们的切割,从而启动内在的细胞凋亡级联反应[2]。 Morginin公司抑制 核因子-κB的核转位[2]。
