| 体内研究 | Resolvin D2在根管感染后通过牙髓样组织再生诱导炎症的主动消退,因此可能适合治疗根尖周病变[1]。Delvin D2降低白细胞:内皮依赖性一氧化氮产生和内皮细胞相互作用的直接调节,白细胞粘附受体表达的直接调节[2 ]。外周注射Resolvin D2(10 ng;植物内注射)可有效抑制炎症性疼痛[3]。动物模型:成年CD1小鼠(雄性,8-10周)[3]剂量:10ng给药:腹腔给药结果:抑制炎性疼痛。 |
