| 体外研究 | Xanthoxyletin(1-500µM;30分钟) 抑制 DPPH值自由基的 IC50型值为 247.1微米和 μg/mL对铁还原抗氧化能力 (弗拉普)的值为 45.2微米[2]Xanthoxyletin(10-500µM;24小时) 对 HepG2,HCT116型和 SK-LU-1型癌细胞具有细胞毒性,IC50型值分别为 78.2,79.8 和 94.4微米[2]Xanthoxyletin(78和 156微米12和 24小时) 诱导细胞凋亡,引起低坏死[2]。 细胞毒性测定[2]细胞系:HepG2、HCT116、SK-LU-1和Vero细胞系浓度:10-500µM孵育时间:24小时结果:对HepG2,HCT116和SK-LU-2表现出细胞毒性,但对Vero细胞表现出无活性作用。细胞凋亡分析[2]细胞系:HepG2细胞系[2]浓度:78和156μM孵育时间:12和24小时结果:在78和156µM剂量下,诱导的细胞凋亡率分别为49.6%和64.2%。显示出比顺铂更好的细胞凋亡诱导作用。 |
