描述 Gastric mucin 是一种大的糖蛋白,保护胃肠道免受酸、蛋白酶、致病微生物和机械创伤的影响。

体外研究 胃粘蛋白可能与幽门螺杆菌引起的胃粘膜损伤机制有关,导致胃炎,消化性溃疡,可能还有胃癌[1]。胃粘蛋白根据其组织化学特性分为两类。第一种是表面粘液细胞型粘蛋白,由表面粘液细胞分泌。第二种发现于粘膜的较深部分,由腺体粘液细胞分泌,包括粘液颈细胞,心脏腺细胞和幽门腺细胞。胃粘蛋白中独特的O-聚糖似乎起到天然抗生素的作用,保护宿主免受幽门螺杆菌感染[2]。胃粘蛋白可通过清除腔内产生的氧化剂来保护表面上皮胃肠道;然而,它是以牺牲其粘弹性为代价的。天然和链霉蛋白酶处理的粘蛋白均有效清除羟基自由基,并且清除特性没有显着差异。对于天然和链霉蛋白酶处理的粘蛋白,丙二醛产量减少50%所需的粘蛋白有效浓度为10 mg/mL [3]。
