In Vivo Nauclefine (5 mg/kg,  intratumorally, once per day for 22 days) 在感染 HeLa 细胞的雌性裸鼠(Balb/c-nu)中,显著降低了HeLa-luc 细胞肿瘤的总体生长,特别是治疗第 6 天后肿瘤体积明显减小,且没有导致小鼠体重的任何降低。其对肿瘤生长的抑制依赖于 PDE3A 和 SLFN12 的表达[1]。
