[体外研究]

尼禄诱导腐生真菌黄曲霉ROS和Ca2+超载相关的细胞凋亡[1]。尼禄(Nerol)对白色念珠菌(Candida albicans)的抗真菌活性最低抑制浓度(MIC)为4.4μM,通过细胞凋亡样机制引起显著的杀念珠菌活性[2]。尼禄通过升高白念珠菌的Ca2+和ROS引起线粒体功能障碍和破坏[2]。
