【方法一】
将尿素、水、磷酸氢二钠混匀，加热溶解。升温至150-160℃，保温2h。反应毕，将反应物倾入水中，放置过夜，滤出结晶为粗品，经稀氨水重结晶，得成品缩二脲。在尿素生产中，以中间尿液为原料，经高温热缩、分离、干燥即为成品。
