gramicidina是Gramicidin的肽组分,Gramicidin是一种最初从短杆菌中分离出来的抗生素混合物。gramicidina是一种高疏水性的通道形成离子载体,它在模型膜中形成对单价阳离子可渗透的通道。gramicidina诱导缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)降解。
