二乙二醇甲醚制备

1.本品是乙二醇单甲醚工业生产的副产品。将环氧乙烷与甲醇混合,经预热后加入反应器。反应温度为150~200℃。反应压力为1.96~3.92MPa,甲醇过量约15%。反应产物除主反应生成的乙二醇单甲醚外,还含有副反应生成的二乙二醇甲醚和三乙二醇甲醚,以及过量的甲醇。经醇回收塔和3个真空精馏塔将四个主要组分分离,得到的甲醇循环使用,并得到乙二醇单甲醚、二乙二醇甲醚和三乙二醇甲醚等产品。

精制方法:用无水硫酸钠或氯化钙干燥后分馏。

2.主要采用环氧乙烷法和乙二醇生产副产回收法。环氧乙烷法:将环氧乙烷水解生成二乙二醇醚,再与甲醇反应而得。乙二醇生产副产回收法:将生产乙二醇的下脚料与甲醇反应,经减压蒸馏而得。
