二硫代二丙酸可以与CPUL1(HY-151802,TrxR抑制剂)相互作用,形成纳米聚集体(CPUL1-DA NA)。与游离CPUL1相比,CPUL1-DA NAs产生更丰富的ROS以诱导细胞凋亡,并提高了对HUH7癌细胞的抗肿瘤效力[1]。

[体外研究]

CPUL1-DA NAs(摩尔比为1:2)抑制HUH7肝癌细胞活力,IC50值为4.3μM,对正常L02细胞具有微弱的细胞毒性[1]。CPUL1-DA NA(2.5-10μM,6小时)可在HUH7细胞线粒体中更有效地富集,并显示出比游离CPUL1[1]更快的细胞摄取能力,将CPUL1递送到细胞中。CPUL1-DA NA(2.5-10μM,12小时)导致HUH7细胞中超氧化物的积累和线粒体膜损伤[1]。
