[体内研究]

泛影酸是碘化放射性对比剂。在吹入泛影酸纳米颗粒附聚物后,大鼠肺组织的组织学检查显示没有急性毒性或炎症。泛影酸纳米粒子附聚物提供了一种有前途的放射性对比剂,用于安全有效的肺部可视化[1]。

[动物实验]

雌性Sprague-Dawley大鼠（200至250克）饲养在温度和湿度受控的房间中，可自由获取食物和水，并保持12小时光照/黑暗循环。用67.5mg / kg氯胺酮，3.5mg / kg甲苯噻嗪和0.66mg / kg乙酰丙嗪皮下混合物麻醉大鼠。在麻醉下，将大鼠置于加热垫上以维持体温37℃。使用干粉吹入器通过气管内吹气给予泛影酸纳米颗粒附聚物（10mg）。在实验结束时，通过过量吸入异氟醚，然后收获主要器官使大鼠安乐死[1]。
