(2α,3α,5α,16α,17β)-2,3,16,17-二环氧雄甾-17-醇乙酸酯(Ⅰ)和四氢吡咯水溶液回流1h，得到的17-酮(Ⅱ)和硼氢化钠，在甲醇中搅拌，还原得到化合物(Ⅲ)。和吗啡水溶液回流3d，得到化合物(Ⅳ)。部分乙酰化，再和烯丙基溴反应，即得产物。
