1.由对羟基苯胂酸经硝化而得。将对羟基苯胂酸及硫酸加入反应锅内,搅拌冷却至0℃以下,缓缓加入混酸,继续搅拌1h,放入冰水中析出沉淀,过滤,干燥,得4-羟基-3-硝基苯胂酸。

2.由对羟基苯胺为原料经重氮化、胂化、硝化制得;还可以苯酚为原料经胂化、硝化制得。
