[体外研究]

GLP-1在控制空腹血糖中起作用。 Exendin-(9-39)是GLP-1激动剂exendin-4的截短形式,是小鼠和人的特异性GLP-1受体拮抗剂。 Exendin(9-39)显着抑制从KATPHI新生儿分离的胰岛中氨基酸刺激的胰岛素分泌[1]。

[体内研究]

与载体相比,Exendin(9-39)输注期间胰岛素与葡萄糖的比率显着降低[1]。连续皮下输注exendin-(9-39)可显着提高SUR-1 -/-小鼠的空腹血糖水平,而不影响葡萄糖耐量或胰岛素敏感性[2]。

[动物实验]

小鼠：将Alzet miniosmotic泵皮下植入以150pmol / kg / min的速率递送exendin（9-39）或载体（0.9％NaCl，1％牛血清白蛋白）2周[2]。
