[体内研究]

PCPA甲酯盐酸盐(250-500 mg/kg；口服给药；每天；治疗8周后,海马和皮层的5-羟色胺水平显著降低[3]。在C57BL/6精英雄性小鼠中,口服或ip PCPA甲酯盐酸盐治疗的小鼠海马中的5-HT水平分别降低了85%和55%,而在前额叶皮质中,5-HT水平降低了65%(口服)和50%(ip)[3]。动物模型：C57BL/6精英雄性小鼠(3月龄)[3]剂量：治疗前2天每天500mg/kg,其余时间每天250mg/kg给药：口服；每天；8周后结果：海马和皮层5-羟色胺水平均显著降低。
