Arachidonoyl Serotonin用途

N-花生四烯醇化酶(花生四烯基血清素；AA-5-HT)是一种有效的脂肪酸酰胺水解酶(FAAH)抑制剂,IC50值为1～12µM。花生四烯醇化酶也可作为瞬时受体电位香草醛1型(TRPV1)通道的拮抗剂(IC50=70～100nm)。花生四烯醇化酶对啮齿动物具有镇痛作用[1]。
