6-羟基多巴(0~20μM；U20S细胞)选择性抑制RAD52介导的重组。6-羟基多巴(0~10μM；HEK293T细胞)以剂量依赖性方式减少eGFP-RAD52病灶的数量。6-羟基多巴(5～75μM；HCC1937细胞)选择性降低BRCA1缺陷型三阴性乳腺癌细胞系HCC1937的生存能力[1]。
