Malachite green oxalate 是一种三苯基甲烷染料,可用于检测酶促反应中磷酸盐的释放。Malachite green oxalate 也是一种有效和选择性的 IKBKE 抑制剂,同时抑制其下游靶标,如 IκBα,p65 和 IRF3。Malachite green oxalate 在体外和体内均表现出抗肿瘤活性。

1.将36kg纯水和2kg活性炭加到20kg工业孔雀石绿（碱性绿）中，搅拌均匀，加热至沸腾，趁热过滤，滤液冷却结晶，离心甩干后，于50～60℃不时搅拌下干燥即可。
