DAPI(4',6-二脒基-2-苯基吲哚)是DNA特异性探针,其通过附着在富含AT的富含DNA序列的小树丛中而形成荧光复合物。它还与双链核酸形成非荧光插层复合物。 DAPI可用作DNA特异性探针,用于流式细胞术,染色体染色,DNA可视化和组织化学和生物化学中的定量[1]。
