[体外研究]

通过ELOVL2和5延长花生四烯酸产生肾上腺酸。有趣的是,CDAHFD喂养的db/db小鼠的肝脏游离肾上腺酸水平(22：4n6)明显高于SD喂养的db/db。老鼠。在血浆中,肾上腺酸水平的差异达到统计学显着性(p <0.001)。还发现含有阿德尼酸的磷脂物质的浓度,如PC或PE(40：4)(含有侧链18：0/22：4)和LPC 22：4(sn-1/sn-2) ),也显着增加。 (SN-1/SN-2)。肾上腺素(一种ω-6多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA))的肝脏和血浆水平在CDAHFD喂养的db/db小鼠和SD喂养的db/db小鼠之间表现出更大的差异(8.6倍高于1.6倍与众所周知的促炎性PUFA(如花生四烯酸)相比,肝组织中的脂肪含量高出5.3倍,血浆中的含量高2.2倍。[1]。
