[体外研究]

MTT与罗丹明B联合使用以测量线粒体膜电位。 MTT-formazan在线粒体中产生,作为罗丹明的荧光猝灭剂,根据膜电位分布在活细胞膜上。在没有mPMS的情况下,MTT的细胞减少很强。当MTT掺入大的单层脂质体中时,它是不透膜的,因此它通过内吞作用被细胞摄取[1]。
