促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)(4-10),人(ACTH(4-10))是所有黑皮质素的核心序列,并选择性地与MC4-R结合。在人类中,ACTH(4-10)在鼻内应用后进入脑液室,并在连续治疗6周后导致总体脂肪减少[1]。
