[体外研究]

酪胺是一种间接作用的拟交感神经胺,可从突触前神经末梢释放去甲肾上腺素[1]。酪胺可增强去甲肾上腺素对大鼠皮质神经元放电的突触后抑制作用[2]。尽管酪胺以三种异构体形式存在,但是异构体和异构体以非常低的浓度存在,并且当参考酪胺时它是暗示的对映异构体。酪胺通常以脑组织中的纳克/克浓度存在,但它们具有非常快速的周转。酪胺的CNS作用尚不清楚,有人提出它参与多巴胺合成的调节,也可能调节去甲肾上腺素的转换[3]。
