由邻硝基苯胺经重氮化、置换而得。将邻硝基苯胺加入盐酸溶液中溶解，在7℃以下滴加亚硝酸钠溶液。然后加入氟硼酸钠溶液，搅拌10min，过滤出邻硝基苯氟硼酸重氮盐，立即依次用冷的5%氟硼酸钠溶液、甲醇、乙醚洗涤。将其加入亚硝酸钠、铜粉、水的混合物中，一边慢慢加入，一边搅拌。然后用水蒸气蒸馏，馏出液冷却后滤出结晶，空气干燥，得邻二硝基苯。收率69%。
