Quisqualic acid (L-Quisqualic acid) 是一种天然的谷氨酸类似物,是一种有效的,非选择性的兴奋性氨基酸 (EAA) 的两个亚型子集 (iGluR 和 mGluR) 激动剂,对 mGluR1R 的 EC50 为 45 nM,Kd 值为 10 nM。Quisqualic acid 是从藜芦的果实中分离出来的。
