2.砷碱副产法以砷碱液脱除焦炉气中硫化氢时,生成硫氰化钠和氰钠,通过再生塔转化成硫代硫酸钠和氰酸钠。
上述砷碱液脱硫废液用硫酸处理,控制Ph值至4.5,使硫化砷析出,用纯碱中和,此时原料液中硫氰酸钠含量为130~160 g/L,硫代硫酸钠250~300 g/L,经真空蒸发,在15~16℃下结晶,分离除硫酸钠和硫代硫酸钠,粗品加水溶解,加人硫酸在90~100℃保温2h,使硫代硫酸钠转变为硫酸钠,过滤除去,滤液经加碱除铁,加氢氧化钡除残存的硫酸钠,上层净化后滤液再经真空蒸发、离心分离,即得纯度在98%以上、含氧化亚铁(FeO)量0.0005%以下的硫氰酸钠成品。其反应如下:

Na2SO4+Ba(OH)2→BaSO4↓+2NaOH 3.将等物质的量的NaOH加入NH4SCN水溶液中,在瓷蒸发皿里蒸发,直到没有NH3产生。继续蒸发到开始有结晶析出,所得晶体用乙醇、丙酮重结晶后,再用乙醇重结晶一次。用离心法除去母液。于130℃干燥。 4.将48%的氢氧化钠溶液在搅拌下加到相同质量的硫氰酸铵溶液中,加热反应至不再产生氨气并有结晶析出为止: 冷却后过滤,结晶分别用乙醇和丙酮各重结晶一次,甩干,于130℃下干燥即可。
5. 栲胶脱硫液提取硫氰化钠 栲胶脱硫液经澄清槽澄清后,即进入Na2S2O3蒸发器进行蒸发,待脱硫液蒸到一定密度后,即放入澄清槽中进行澄清,并经过滤器的过滤,滤渣另行处理。清液进入结晶槽中,在此用低温水冷却,并进行缓慢搅拌,待结晶到达终点后由离心机进行分离,滤饼即是Na2S2O3产品,分离液去提取产品NaCVS。Na2S2O3分离液在澄清槽中进一步澄清,清液进入粗制NaCVS蒸发器中,经加热蒸发,待浓缩到有结晶物出现时,即可放入离心机中进行热过滤,分离液返回脱硫系统或进行套用。粗制NaCVS放入溶解槽中,用蒸馏水溶解并进行加热,溶解液再经过澄清槽、过滤器后,清液进入精制NaCVS蒸发器中,经蒸发浓缩到结晶物出现时,即由离心机进行分离,分离液回脱硫系统,固体即为NaCVS产品。
