硬脂酸锌合成路线

硬脂酸锌上下游产品

硬脂酸锌制备

(1)硬脂酸钠溶液制备将硬脂酸溶解于20倍(质量)的热水中,再加入含量为1074kg/m3(10°Bé)的烧碱溶液,于75℃左右进行皂化反应,生成稀的硬脂酸钠溶液。

(2)将含量为1074kg/m3(10°Bé)的硫酸锌水溶液加入到上述制备的硬脂酸钠溶液中,于60℃左右进行复分解反应,产物硬脂酸锌以沉淀析出。然后静置过滤、水洗、于90℃左右干燥,即得成品。

3.将15g硬脂酸钠溶在1L热水中,趁热将其加入到过量的浓度为1%的氯化锌溶液中。充分搅拌,析出硬脂酸锌皂固体后,用水以倾泻法洗至无锌盐存在。在空气浴中于115~120℃下干燥10~12h,得到片状的硬脂酸锌产品。粉碎后放于密封玻璃瓶中保存。
