(1)分馏法 在水解锅中加入棉籽油硬化油6t,水解剂硬脂酸甲酚磺酸和硬脂酸萘磺酸120kg。通入蒸汽至油层透明后,加水4200kg。继续加热至沸,常压下反应7.5h,澄清0.5h,分离下层甘油水。此后再加水解剂120kg,通入蒸汽加热到油层透明后,加水3600kg ,反应约10h,当混合酸价达190mgKOH/g以上时即为水解终点。此后澄清0.5h,分离甘油水后,加盐7g、水3600kg进行水洗。再用盐14kg、水4200kg进行二次水洗涤。第一步洗涤后澄清0.5h,第二步洗涤后澄清2h。分尽下层酸水后,取上层混合脂肪酸备用。 将混合脂肪酸2000kg加入蒸馏釜,进行减压分馏,釜温250-255℃,塔温210-220℃,顶温200-210℃,塔顶余压0.53-0.93kpa。进料、出料和排料达平衡后,转入连续操作,进料100%,出料40%,徘料60%。徘料用于制造三级硬脂酸。出料经分析碘值达2mgl/100g以下后,将1000kg硬脂酸和3kg92.5%的硫酸依次投入酸洗锅,煮沸洗涤。割尽酸脚后,取硬脂酸450kg投入脱色锅加热到190℃,并先后加入化学纯碱150ml及干燥白土11kg,然后在105℃左右、减压搅拌下脱色约45min。经压滤、浇盘成型,即得一级硬脂酸。 水解过程中分离出来的甘油水,在80-100℃用石灰乳中和,经吸滤浓缩、压滤、真空蒸馏、活性炭脱色和压滤等过程可得精甘油。 (2)压榨法 以动植物油为原料,在水解剂(如氧化锌)存在下经高压水解、洗涤、减压蒸馏、压榨、漂白结晶等工艺制得一级硬脂酸。 (3)在分解剂 ( 苯、萘等磺化混合物)存在下,对硬化油脂、牛油脂或羊油脂进行水解,然后经酸化、蒸馏、压榨、酸洗脱色即得成品。
(4).用油酸加氢法。
(5).用合成脂肪酸C10~C20和C18~C20馏分为原料经熔化、酸洗 ( 用1%硫酸)铸型、压榨、熔化、酸洗、脱水结晶制得。 2. 烟草:OR,44;FC,9, 15, 18, 41, 43, 50;OR,26; BU,OR,18;BU,9;OR,19。
