Hydroxycitric acid tripotassium hydrate (Potassium citrate monohydrate) 是藤黄果的主要活性成分,也是柠檬酸的衍生物。Hydroxycitric acid tripotassium hydrate 可竞争性抑制柠檬酸裂解酶 (ATP citrate lyase) ,并具有减肥效果。Hydroxycitric acid tripotassium hydrate 有效抑制结石形成并抑制 HIF,具有抗氧化,抗炎和抗肿瘤作用。

[体外研究]

羟基柠檬酸对ARPE19细胞和661W细胞有HIF抑制作用。羟基柠檬酸能下调ARPE19细胞和661W细胞Hif1a及其下游基因的表达。羟基柠檬酸抑制CoCl2增加的ARPE19细胞和661W细胞HIF-1α蛋白表达[2]。在鸡肝细胞中,羟基柠檬酸可以减少脂质滴的积累,加速能量代谢。羟基柠檬酸通过增加抗氧化状态和线粒体功能保护细胞免受内质网应激[2]。

[体内研究]

羟基柠檬酸(100-200mg/kg)治疗可降低肾损害的标志物(血尿素氮和血清肌酐)。羟基柠檬酸处理的小鼠(雄性C57BL/6J小鼠)草酸钙晶体沉积明显减少。羟基柠檬酸减轻草酸钙结晶引起的氧化应激。羟基柠檬酸对草酸钙诱导的MCP-1、IL-1β、IL-6等炎性细胞因子有抑制作用。此外,羟基柠檬酸可减轻草酸钙晶体引起的肾小管损伤和凋亡[1]。羟基柠檬酸可抑制动物体重增加和脂肪堆积[3]。
