(R)-3-羟基丁酸(D-3-羟基丁酸)是代谢产物,并从乙酰乙酸转化而来。增强的肝脏脂肪酸氧化导致乙酰乙酸的产生增加,乙酰乙酸又通过3-羟基丁酸脱氢酶催化反应转化为(R)-3-羟基丁酸[1]。
