二十八烷用途

二十八烷是一种具有抗菌活性的内源性代谢产物。二十八烷对小鼠黑色素瘤B16F10-Nex2细胞显示出高的细胞毒性,此外还诱导对移植的皮下黑色素瘤的保护。二十八烷对致倦库蚊具有杀幼虫活性,LC50浓度为7.2 mg/l[1][2][3]。

[体内研究]

二十八烷 (500μg；在与原始细胞移植相关的外周部位注射; 每天; 35天) 可显着延缓肿瘤进展,并具有显着的抗肿瘤作用[1]。动物模型：C57Bl/6小鼠与B16F10-Nex2细胞[1]剂量：500μg给药：在与原始细胞移植相关的外周部位注射；每日的35天结果：导致肿瘤进展显著延迟,具有显著的抗肿瘤作用。治疗组的存活率显著提高。
