1.由三氧化二砷跟碳反应制得。气相还原法将备有气化段、反应段、析出段的三个电炉的装置组装起来。中央反应部分是内径为20~25mm的石英管,在其中装入经真空加热排掉气体的木炭,两端用石英棉堵住,在石英盘里放人三氧化二砷,放到气化段,以400~500 mI/min的速度通人经提纯的氮气。将气化段保持在400℃,反应段650℃,析出段350~400℃,经反应约1h,析出单质砷,再经蒸馏,制得砷成品。
2.用胂(AsH3)制备在制备胂的过程中所混入的杂质为其他氢化物即硫化氢H2S、硒化氢H2Se、锑化氢SbH3等。精制时,可先用液氮冷却进行液化分馏,再用氢氧化钾水溶液洗涤,最后通过CaCl2、γ-Al2O3、P2O5等。所得到的精制胂在加热至600℃以上的石英管里热分解,可以得到高纯度砷,纯度在99.999%以上。AsH3在280℃以上几乎是100%热分解,为使分解完全,在石英管的加热层中,最好能填充石英制拉西环等填料。
